Opening hours are Monday Wednesday from 8.30am-5pm;

That is why we will all be joining together
on Friday, October 26 for Wear it
Pink Day,

to raise money for breast cancer research by participating in the
gym’s pink circuit relay Members and staff are being sponsored to do our circuit workout in relay fashion keeping the circuit going from 7.30am- 8.30pm. The key person will be distinguished by wearing a pink t-shirt and hat. Many of us have lost family members or survived breast cancer ourselves
and want to do our part to fight against this terrible disease.
We will be having a party with members and staff bringing in food to share. Everyone is welcome to sponsor us or even participate, provided they are female, and are properly trained on the circuit before the day. Anyone wanting to participate will receive one free week to use the gym.
